The first thing we do after you backorder a number is figure out the exact date. Well OK, we confirm it first and then we do the research. You can cancel it any time up until it comes out of disconnect. Disconnected numbers come out within the next few months. It is four months after the number was disconnected. When you use the Keyword Search that generates the email reports from 800 Watch, the disconnected numbers are color coded. The red ones are New and in the first month of Disconnect so they don’t come out for about three months. But we do guarantee not to charge him or her unless we actually get the number. So they don’t need of pay the backorder fee more than once.
