Ordering a toll-free number from you was as painless as one could imagine. I will certainly recommend your website to anyone looking to do the same.

Using TollFreeNumbers.com made finding the perfect numbers fast and easy. We needed a new toll free number for a new department at our company, and we needed it fast. Within minutes of purchasing the number on this website, we were up and running. It really helped us out when we needed it.
Thanks,

I could not be happier with the service. Right before coming across www.tollfreenumbers.com, I was quoted a price of $350/month to lease a toll-free number. I purchased a very similar number from tollfreenumbers.com for just under $50, and had it up and running in 5 minutes.

Tollfreenumbers.com was easy to use and, most importantly, gave us results that significantly improved our brand recognition. Without TollFreeNumbers.com and its knowledgeable customer service team, we never would have been able to have our company, Flip Cup Guys, find such an easy-to-remember toll free number.

Your website and system for purchasing an 800# has got to be one of the best and easiest ever. There is no guess work. As I went through the process, if I thought of a question you had the answer. You know your customers, you know our needs, and you make it easy. I would absolutely use you first for 800# purchases and recommend you to all my friends!

Bill~~thank you so much for all the information. I can see how the number would be very desirable, and thus snapped up in seconds. Is there some way to determine what our position is in the queue? Would you recommend we register for other numbers as well, as a backup?

It’s not a “Que”, we only accept ONE backorder for any number. Anyone else is turned away. Then when it comes out, it’s a race to get them. We get about 50% overall.
You can backorder multiple numbers at one time for no extra, if you find multiple numbers that would work. We will do the research and give you the dates for each of them. We can’t change the order that they’re pitched but that does give you more swings. And you can always ask to cancel any number that you don’t like as much that comes out before the ones you really want. So some people do multiple backorders and then cancel everything else as soon as they get one or however many they needed.

We have a client that likes an 8-0-0 number in disconnect, but may have an issue with the $795. I’m going to put the number on back order, but is there a way you might be able to work with us on the $795?
Thanks again!

Suzy,
I often say that we’re the Go Daddy of the phone number business because we are the only people in the vanity number business that charges based on the time and effort necessary to provide the service, not the value of the numbers. We really can’t change or renegotiate the prices for every customer and do the volume necessary to cover the cost of providing the service. Maybe we’re not quite up to the size and scale of a huge supermarket but we’re certainly a few steps above a garage sale or street fair, where we can haggle over the price. If you can haggle over the price isn’t that kind of like admitting that your prices are too high?
I also don’t personally think it’s a little unfair to charge different people different prices. I think that’s one of the big differences between our service and all of the other number squatters in the vanity number business. They are more like car salesmen and are ultimately trying to get as much for every car as they possibly can. That means you have to be careful how much you tell them you need a number or how big you are because they will jack up the price. We don’t do that.
So the bad news is that we don’t play with the pricing much, but the good news is that we don’t play with the pricing too. I should also point out that an ‘800’ number in disconnect is one of our most expensive things we offer (because they are one of the most difficult things we do!). The vast majority of our customers only spend $49. If anyone can’t afford $795 for a toll free number, that is perfectly fine. They should just look for a number that will work for them in the available pool, or at least a disconnected number that isn’t an ‘800’ number.
