		<description>Tony,

You can activate a number and we&#039;ll give you free temporary service for the first 30 days. After that expires we give you free parking for up to a year. So we&#039;ll hold it for you. If it goes over a year it&#039;s $18.95 per year to hold it active for you.

		<description>Lisa,

We can certainly help you. We’re kind of like the GoDaddy of the phone number business. You can take any number you get from us to any carrier you want. And more importantly you’ll be able to take it away when you want to leave, because they can’t say they got you the number as part of their service and hold onto it.

You can also activate a number without knowing who you want to transfer it to. You can’t leave it forever, but we’re in the business of helping customers find good numbers, not take them away. So we don’t have a specific deadline to transfer them. But if you leave them for more than a year we may charge you a parking fee.

It’s probably a good idea not to transfer your number to a company you’re going to be switching away. I would also point out that setting up a toll free number with a new company is a good way to test them out. If they do a good job and are responsive when you do that they will probably good and responsive when you use them for your long distance too.

<description>Interested in obtaining a toll-free number ASAP! However, my carrier is provided through &quot;Ring Central&quot; - which I plan to drop any day now. Can I obtain a number from you until I get a local carrier, if so, how long will you hold my number until I transfer it locally?
