If you mean FROM the local ring to number, the answer is yes.  If you mean can you still call to the local number directly, the answer to that is yes too.  The toll free number doesn&#039;t affect the outgoing calls or the local number at all.  So if you were able to make them before the toll free number, you can still make them even with the toll free number, and of course you can still call the local number directly as well.
